Candle Supplies UK is a division and trading name for Sco Logic Ltd. A family owned and operated business based in the Scottish Borders. The brand is committed to quality and the supply of sustainable natural craft materials.

Established initially as 'Blackadder Botanicals' in 2009 The brand started  working with dried petals and buds. From the outset we have carefully sourced our product from around the world and always maintain our commitment to quality and ecological impacts.

Since 2011 the division has grown incorporating new brands such as Blackadder Candles, LIQUIDyes, seashellsonline, Borders Aromatics, natural crafts and confetticonfetti to service the various vertical markets and make it easier for customers.

2014 involved further development of the natural product ranges increasing staff and launching the Borders Aromatics Aroma Range.

2015 moved the business to new premises in Lauder where the company opened it's first retail outlet and restructured a number of the brands.

2017 Further investment in staff introduced our own in house product designer, and the childrens craft brand puddle day crafts was introduced.

The distribution of th CMP Morocolor brands of art and craft supplies was added to the product offering as an highly eco concious range of products and in 2020  primocrafts was launched with the sole UK distribution for CMP Morocolor.

As time progresses our catalogue expands in quality not quantity of items, something different than our competitors.

Over the past 14 years the group of brands have supplied products to various major movies - The death of Stalin and the 2023 Barbie Movie. Our dried flora has featured in photo shoots for McVities biscuits and Mr Kipling and we regularly supply retail store decor for exhibits for corporations such as L'Oréal.

As part of the companies ecommerce upgrades across it's brands, In 2023 the company restructured the Blackadder Candles brand to become Candle Supplies UK bringing together a much wider product offering.
